I started the Christian Leadership Society out of a hard-earned realization. At a pivotal stage in my life, I lost my grounding in Christ and began centering everything on performance—money, image, and external success. As soon as I did this destruction followed. Priorities blurred, identity became tied to outcomes, and the cost showed up in ways that success couldn’t fix. That season made it clear to me how easy it is for driven people to build impressive lives on unstable foundations—and what happens to houses built on sand.
This organization is the resource I wish I had then. It exists to anchor ambitious leaders in truth before the pressure hits—to build conviction, discipline, and clarity that can withstand success, not just failure. The goal isn’t to suppress ambition; it’s to properly order it. When identity is rooted in Christ, leadership becomes sustainable, influence becomes purposeful, and success stops being the center of the story. The Christian Leadership Society is designed to develop leaders who are grounded in Christ, so everything they build is built on the rock.
