“I’ve been practicing leadership long enough to know that if Christ isn’t at the center, it all falls apart. That’s why I started the Christian Leadership Society—to help young men learn that real leadership isn’t about power or titles, it’s about building on the only foundation that lasts.”

A Father & Husband First
"Before anything else in my professional life, I am a husband to my wife, Amy, and a father to my son, Ford. They are my greatest calling, my daily reminder of what true leadership looks like, and the reason I pursue everything else with faith and integrity. My family keeps me grounded in what matters most and reminds me that success begins at home. Christ calls me to be the best husband, the best father, and the best leader I can be—and everything I do flows from that calling.
My identity as a husband and father shapes every decision I make and every responsibility I carry. Leadership is not first about titles, influence, or recognition—it is about serving faithfully the people God has entrusted to me. The love I show my wife and the example I set for my son are daily tests of my character, discipline, and integrity. If I cannot lead with humility and grace at home, then I cannot expect to lead with wisdom anywhere else. In this sense, my family is not a distraction from my work, but the very proving ground of my leadership—where Christ continually refines me into the leader He has called me to be.
This conviction forms the foundation of my professional life. Whether I am building businesses, writing, or mentoring the next generation, my work is an extension of my first responsibility—to lead my family with strength, humility, and faithfulness. It is from that place of commitment that I seek to influence others, knowing that true leadership begins at home but must ripple outward into the world. My family is both my anchor and my inspiration, and every professional accomplishment I pursue is measured against my faithfulness to them and to Christ’s calling on my life."
