“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”
Romans 12:2 (ESV)
9 Core Beleifs of The Society
Scripture
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the foundation of all truth. It is not merely a historical book or collection of moral sayings, but the living standard by which we measure life, leadership, and faith. Every conviction we hold and every principle we teach flows from its pages. We affirm that Scripture is sufficient to guide both personal conduct and leadership in a modern world.
Faith and Salvation
We believe salvation is found only in Jesus Christ, who is both Lord and Savior. Faith in Him is not a cultural label or tradition, but a personal commitment to follow and obey His teachings. Every student in the Society is encouraged to pursue a living relationship with Christ, built on repentance, trust, and daily discipleship. True leadership begins with submitting one’s life to Him.
Life and Human Dignity
We believe every human life is created in the image of God and therefore possesses inherent worth and dignity. This conviction informs how we treat others, how we speak, and how we lead. Students are taught to value life at every stage and to serve others with respect and compassion. Leadership without respect for human dignity cannot endure.
Family and Relationships
We believe the family is a God-given institution designed for nurture, instruction, and stability. Students are encouraged to honor their parents, respect authority, and pursue healthy relationships grounded in responsibility and mutual care. The Society emphasizes that strong families create strong leaders, and strong leaders strengthen families in return. We affirm that leadership begins first at home.
Service and Responsibility
We believe salvation is found only in Jesus Christ, who is both Lord and Savior. Faith in Him is not a cultural label or tradition, but a personal commitment to follow and obey His teachings. Every student in the Society is encouraged to pursue a living relationship with Christ, built on repentance, trust, and daily discipleship. True leadership begins with submitting one’s life to Him.
Truth and Culture
We believe truth is not defined by shifting cultural trends but by God’s unchanging standard. Students are taught to think critically, to measure every claim against Scripture, and to stand firm in what is right even when unpopular. We encourage engagement with culture, but always with discernment, courage, and humility. Leaders must be anchored in truth to withstand the pressures of the age.
Justice and Compassion
We believe leadership requires both strength and compassion. Students are taught to uphold justice, to defend what is right, and to stand with those who are vulnerable or overlooked. At the same time, they are trained to lead with kindness, humility, and a heart for reconciliation. True leadership balances conviction with compassion in every setting.
Work and Excellence
We believe that work is a calling and an act of worship, not merely a task to be endured. Students are encouraged to pursue excellence in their studies, their commitments, and their leadership responsibilities. Laziness and mediocrity undermine character, while diligence and discipline prepare leaders for greater trust. True leadership demands excellence offered to God in all things.
Future and Hope
We believe the next generation of leaders carries both responsibility and promise. In Christ, the future is never hopeless, and students are called to live as lights in a dark world. By building faith, discipline, and courage now, they prepare to shape families, churches, communities, and nations. Our hope rests not in human strength alone, but in God’s faithfulness.
“I will not drift with the culture.
I will not shrink back from responsibility.
I will walk with Christ and lead with courage.
I will spread the Word to those who have not heard it.
I will enter the places no one else desires to go.
I am here, Lord. Send me.”
